Our product and services offering is designed to complement each other within the ICT arena, such that for some of our Clients, we are positioned to become complete end-to-end solution providers. This position is by design and as we continue to grow, we identify additional solutions to add to our portfolio of products and services to further enhance our offering.
Business Intelligence and Analytics
Our Business Intelligence and Analytics offering is positioned at the centre of our growth strategy as it gears us towards expertise in concepts such as Big Data, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
We provide this service through the deployment of IBM Cloud Pak for Data and Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service (BICS), both which can be deployed in the cloud.
Software Quality Assurance and Testing
Our first offering still maintains its flagship status amongst our suite even though it is essentially absorbed within Application Management. We are still able to separate this service and offer it as a stand-alone Service to Clients who prefer to source this expertise from us. This is aligned with best-practise in separating the System Integrator from an independent Quality Assurance and Software Testing Service Provider. Our staff hold international recognition through Certifications by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)
Manual Testing
Through the use of Software Test Management tools, we manage the process of Software Testing from Software Requirement Analysis to Test Closure and Handover, having taken the software under test through various Test Levels such as System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to be signed off by the Client.
For SAP ERP, we provide Clients the option to use the embedded SAP Solution Manager Test Suite or the Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) product suite, which we use for Oracle ERP and other applications.
Automated Testing
At the heart of all Services we offer lies an integral part to what ICT is – Information. Information Management, in terms of our offering, is mainly coupled with all our other Services. We continue to grow this offering to keep up with latest technologies that have taken the ICT industry by storm. We are excited about concepts such as Big Data, Internet of Things and Smart Machines.
WEB DEVELOPMENT & BRANDING
In addition to Information Management, we offer a wide range of development services from web development to brand development. Basic design to complete corporate identity design packages for renowned or startup businesses. Domain registration, hosting, support and more.
END USER HARDWARE
Through our Industry Partnerships, we provide End-User Computing Hardware such as Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Hard Drives, Storage Devices and other peripheral devices.
